The Role

The Partner Operations Specialist is the operational engine behind our vendor partnerships. You build and run one consistent way of tracking partner opportunities, revenue and funding across all vendors. Microsoft is our primary and most important partner and the main focus of the role: Partner Center, the AI Cloud Partner Program, designations, co-sell, incentives and funding. You also cover the same operational work for AWS, Dell, CNCF and future vendors, freeing the Partner Manager to focus on relationships, co-selling and strategic growth.

You are part of the Hiyv Commercial Team and report to the Local Team Lead, with a dotted line to the Partner Manager / Commercial Manager.

What you will do

  • Partner Center and program management
Administer Microsoft Partner Center: enrollment, partner status and user roles in the Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program.
Check customer administration is in place, including CPOR and PAL linking, to earn designation and specialization points.
Maintain Solutions Partner designations and specializations, track the Partner Capability Score and support audits.
Manage Microsoft certifications and skilling, flagging gaps and upcoming renewals.
Track program changes and run impact analyses.
  • Co-sell and deal administration
Register deals and administer co-sell referrals in Partner Center, follow up on open registrations, and report on registered, accepted and won opportunities.
Route leads to Microsoft sellers, our sales teams or partner managers.
Maintain propensity lists and track joint pipeline activity with Microsoft and other partners.
  • Incentives and funding
Interpret Microsoft incentive guides, partner playbooks and program changes, and translate them into input for propositions.
Spot new Partner incentives, investments and funding programs, and run eligibility checks.
Prepare claims and proof of execution and reconcile payouts and invoices with Finance.
Track ECIF, vouchers, rebates and program fees (MCI), and handle ECIF claims in Microsoft Supplier Web.
Reconcile payouts with Finance and track ACR (Azure Consumed Revenue), earnings and payments.
  • Calendar and governance
Own the Microsoft fiscal-year calendar: MCAPS Start, Ignite, Partner of the Year Awards, and audit and specialization deadlines.
Map Microsoft contacts per segment (Enterprise, Corporate, SMB, non-profit and commercial) and act as internal point of contact for non-technical Microsoft sales questions.
Support QBRs and the annual Partner Business Plan.

Other vendors: AWS, Dell, CNCF and future portals

  • Administer the AWS Partner Network (APN), Dell Technologies Partner Program, CNCF, and any future partner portals, including access, enrollment, tier requirements, and certifications.
  • Register deals and manage MDF, co-op and rebate claims through to payout.
  • Monitor program changes and growth targets per vendor.

Across all partners

  • Produce monthly and quarterly reports for the Partner Manager and Commercial Manager.
  • Build dashboards covering incentives, earnings, payments, ACR, certifications and specializations.
  • Track revenue streams per partner program.
Maintain SOPs, documentation and compliance checks.
